HM Book-keeping and Payroll Services Ltd was established in 2004 by Helen Macaulay, who had many years of experience prior within an Accountancy practice.
Helen’s need to balance work with family life was the motivation behind starting her own small business, something we all understand and experience more so recently!
Helen and her team run an efficient book-keeping and payroll service for small and medium-sized businesses from their Newhaven based offices. As clients’ businesses have expanded and relocated, HM Bookkeeping now has clients across the UK and into Europe.
We are a team of three bookkeepers dedicated to ensuring that our client’s needs are fully met and personal to their requirements, whether the business is a straight-forward one-person payroll or a full book-keeping service for all day-to-day accounting needs of the client’s business.
If there was ever a time I needed to know my numbers, it was when COVID-19 struck. Keeping an eye on my income and expenditure has been critical in my recovery plan to ensure my business is in the best possible position when things ease.
